San Francisco Airport
Space Builders managed construction of the structural support and architectural enclosures for thermonuclear activated bomb detection units for SAIC at the San Francisco International Airport. This project was performed under the Design-Build method. The challenges of this project included a tight schedule under the extreme continuous operations of the airport, meeting very high structural integrity requirements, and producing an enclosure for the units of architectural significance to the viewing public.
