Our mission is to build the most practical, efficient high quality working / living spaces in the most cost / time efficient manners by implementing advanced technologies through the smoothest construction processes.
The principals hold masters and bachelor degrees in construction engineering & management, architecture and environmental design from University of California Berkeley and University of Minnesota. They hold Professional Engineering & LEED AP certifications. They have been in the San Francisco Bay Area’s construction /design industry since 1976 and established Space Builders in 1989.
The firm has established a long lasting strategic alliance with the subcontractor community, and the field personnel consists of a team diversely experienced in various specialty fields, that are fitted for each project’s unique and challenging requirements.
Space Builders brings together years of large company managerial and technical experience with the flexibility, nimbleness, attention orientation and low overhead cost advantages of a small company.
